Had I seen this coming, I might have looked for a better location. However last week after shooting all the fall colors on Shadow Mountain, I was driving back home and upon rounding the curve along the road near Highway 89 coming from Kelly in Grand Teton National Park, I was blown away by the massive, glowing thunderstorm clouds. I immediately pulled over and began shooting toward the sky. It was quite an impressive display and I wound up staying till most of the light faded.
