Frozen Steam from the Gros Ventre River

Frozen Steam from the Gros Ventre River
Steam freezes to the cottonwood and willow trees found along the Gros Ventre River in Grand Teton National Park.

My apologies for the lack of new material lately. In addition to working long hours at work on shorter days, I’ve also had a few personal developments I’ve been trying to sort out. However that all changes with this post! This morning I headed out to the Gros Ventre River in Grand Teton National Park to get some incredibly scenic shots of the steam rising up off of the river and freezing on anything nearby, in this case the willow and cottonwood trees. While it looks very wintery in this scene, the real snow is hopefully getting here tomorrow. Expect much more coming soon!
