Fog Cloud Beneath the Teton Mountains

Fog Cloud Beneath the Teton Mountains
Cottonwood trees in Antelope Flats are set against fog at the base of the Teton Mountains.

Still trying to get through some photos that I like from the fog last week. We’re currently getting tons of snow this week which will be great for some new winter landscapes, but personally, I’m hoping for more fog! The conditions were great and looking back on some of these I’m hoping for a potential second chance. One of my favorite places to visit this winter has been the Kelly, Wyoming and Antelope Flats area of Grand Teton National Park. There’s almost always some wildlife along the drive and it offers some great views of the Tetons over Antelope Flats. Plus when it is foggy, this is the first area the fog begins to lift off of leaving views like this of the Teton Mountains and also Blacktail Butte.
